Over the last 13 years IPC has grown to be the largest and , most successful Estate Agency in the EASTERN CAPE with, BY FAR, the largest market share.

We currently have 60 agents, most of them registered, qualified Principals, working for themselves under the IPC umbrella. You therefore have excellent exposure if you list your property with IPC - not only because of the number of Principal agents, but because these Principals are highly motivated, professional people with extensive experience. We operate in the Port Elizabeth, Grahamstown, Port Alfred, Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay and our agents sell with great success.

Since our first year we have improved our sales record EVERY YEAR - So far for the financial year we sold 1 028 houses with a turnover in access of R510 million! This achievement is not equalled by any other SINGLE AGENCY OFFICE in Port Elizabeth!

IPC agents are also members of the National Referral Services - a national referral network, and also of an international referral network which gives IPC the advantage of knowing immediately when buyers move to Port Elizabeth. We can also assist our sellers from Port Elizabeth to buy elsewhere.

Rob started in the real Estate world in Jan 1985.Being an undestudy in one of the largest companies of the time. Within 3 years Rob rose to No.1 for two years in a row and in his fith year was promoted to Managing 22 realtors. Two years latter the Building Societ of the day "PERM" bought Rob out for his exceptional property knowledge and contacts. Rob worked for 15 years in the banking enviroment, in the banks various housing departments - Accuring home loans, credit managment,arreas dept's, collections, Regional Manager for Old Mutual, Nedbank and Peoples Bank housing devision, adding invaluble knowledge and expertize.
Then Rob decieded to go back to his roots and left the banking industry to become his own boss and master.
